Please note that the date for converting a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card has been extended from 30th June 2016 to 31st December 2016. There will be no charge for conversion during this period, and a fee will be charged for all conversions after this date even if the PIO card is valid beyond that date.
